Edit: After recently checking back I'm seeing a new install/version of the Xunlei 7 and Thunder 7. It is called Thunder 7 - New English Language Pack which seems to be the latest and greatest that this user likes.

Xunlei is set to a Chinese language pack by default so you have to select English and click the “English” button to select English.
If your Xunlei is set to another language, click the “English” button and it will set it to English.
If you have a Russian version of Xunlei, you can set the language and other settings to English.

The Russian Xunlei language is not completely finished. In order to translate all the words to English, you need to choose the language you want to translate the words to in the language menu and the menu bar to the right.

Use this method if you are getting Xunlei's version for the first time.
If you have a Russian Xunlei version, you can download the English version.
Go to this site and download the English language pack.
Save it to your downloads folder.
If your file manager doesn't recognize it, try right-click it, choose "Open with" and choose "File Manager", then click "Select File Manager", then you should see it on the left-side column.
Also, if you want to remove the Xunlei logo, open the app's folder, find the xnlei folder, find the file named xnlei.ico, and click it.
You can close all those folders, after you click "Ok" when it asks you to do so.
